As I mentioned a couple of posts ago, I promised the guys at KnowMoreMedia, that unlike my stuff on AdScam, I would keep my posts on AdHurl expletive free. Which is fine by me, because with my unmatched command of the Queen’s English, I really shouldn’t have any need to rely on the bad stuff to get my point across. (But, I promise to continue doing so on AdScam!) However, imagine my chagrin to read in the Seattle Times that even though Howard Stern made a rule to not curse on his new Sirius satellite radio show, the first expletive came ten minutes into the show and the first F-bomb 22 minutes in. After that the article reports a free-for-all. And, he gets paid over $100 million to do it… Wonder if he needs a blog?

I couldn't have put it any better. Even on AdScam

Jeff Jarvis posts a report from the Family Media Guide who counted the frequency of Stern's use of swear words (77 for the f-bomb).
