Because I’ve done so much Hi-Tech advertising in the past, I still get all the IT trade press. To be honest, I mostly look at them for the ads and to quickly scan what’s going on in Techdom that might have an impact on marketing and media. Anyway, just stumbled on this in InfoWorld, that I think is a very clever, and oh so obvious way to get through to senior management of a company that’s really giving you heart burn… “When you've got a real beef with a company, does it help to write a letter to the CEO? The GripeLog has heard testimony on both sides of that question, but one reader recently made an interesting point. If you're going go to the trouble of writing a company's big cheese, make sure you send the letter certified and restricted!” You can read more (and don’t forget the comments) at the GripeLog. Well worth the effort.![]()
Certified! Restricted! Don't you realize, I can buy the United States Postal Service?
