One of the few vblogs actually worth watching is Rocketboom. So, I was pleased to hear that even though they had decided to join the unwashed swine of the capitalist society and begin selling ad space on their wonderful site, they decided to do it somewhat differently… They auctioned it on eBay! The auction for five days of ads on the Rocketboom video blog was just completed, and the final and winning bid for $40,000 is from TRM, an ATM and photocopy Services Company. Andrew Baron, the co-founder of Rocketboom says they aren't coughing up any more information about the ads right now, but are "scrambling around to try and work another couple of deals from some of the other bidders." Yeah, baby, it’s called capitalism…. Welcome to the “pigs at the trough” club!![]()

There’s only one reason people are viewing, and it ain’t Andrew Baron.
