In an earth shattering announcement today Visa unveiled its new tag line… Ending the decades-long reign of "It's everywhere you want to be," the revolutionary new line is… "Life takes Visa.” WOW!!! Suzanne Lyons, Visa’s EVP and chief marketing officer modestly said, "A line is just a line." WOW!!!
This marks the first major Visa effort from Omnicom's TBWA\Chiat\Day in Playa del Rey, Calif., and apparently the "Life takes Visa" tag was chosen by TBWA\C\D creative chief Lee Clow," Lyons said. "He walked into a room in his sandals and shorts where we had hundreds of taglines posted all over. He pointed to 'Life takes Visa' and said, 'That's a good one.'" WOW!!! So now you know how great things happen. You just have to be able to mooch around in sandals and shorts and be older than me! 
Should I go into the office today? Naaah!
