
The thing I find most pathetic with the legal brouhaha that’s going on about Coca-Cola’s Powerade ad, launched last week during NCAA March Madness, which depicted the 10-calorie Powerade Option as superior to 50 calorie Gatorade by using two Amish farmers pulling bales of hay (10 bales versus 50 bales… Get it… Duhhh). Is that it’s a really, really stupid ad. Which, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised about as Coke ads have been more and more stupid for years. Not to mention that it makes the Amish look stupid. But then, the vast majority of TV ads we’re subjected to these days are stupid. Well, I think I’m all stupided out now! ![]()
I don't even watch TV!
