Advertising, ad campaigns, ad agencies, and the people that make it happen

I know most Americans are obsessed by their pets; even my local health food store is now selling homeopathic, organic herbs for dogs and cats! But, I was somewhat taken aback by today’s news of an ad campaign for “aPaws” which stands for the Association of Professional Animal Waste Specialists. That’s right, they pick up poo. And it’s just been announced they are the evil minds behind “National Pooper Scoopers Week” which runs from April 24 to the 30^th. Hey, there are nearly 50 million dogs in the USA… That’s an awful lot of stuff that needs picking up! Check out all the sordid details here.
