There’s a very funny article on Der Spiegel online about how so many Germans seem to be stuck in a 1980’s time warp, fashion wise in terms of clothing and hair styles etc. I will take issue with one comment though when the writer refers to outdated over sized sunglasses. Listen kiddo, big glasses are all the rage down on Gansevoort street! However, if you want to see real retro fashion, check out middle and southern America for stuff that looks like a fashionista’s worst nightmare.
