Advertising, ad campaigns, ad agencies, and the people that make it happen

It would seem that “The Poisoned Dwarf” (Sir Martin Sorrell) is making a rather poor impression on Yan Gang, Head Mandarin at the Citic Guoan Group in China. Apparently, all because the Chinese pulled out of a joint arrangement with WPP a year ahead of its expiration date to do a deal with the Omnicom group, leaving “His Gnomeship’s” nose a bit out of joint. Then “The Gang of Yan” reported to Bloomberg news that the “Height Challenged One” demonstrated he “had absolutely no manners, no upbringing and no culture!” Well! All I can say is I’m getting a bit confused here. Is this going to lead to a cultural war, or a cultural revolution?  What's the Chinese for detante?
