What's in a word?

I see that the OED (Oxford English Dictionary) has just declared "Google" to be a verb. No surprises there as it joins the Kleenex's and Hoover's of the world. I remember when I used to work on the Xerox account, they employed an army of lawyers to stop people using the word Xerox as a verb. All seemed a bit dumb to me. I mean isn't that what publicity is all about? Still I guess the armies of legal eagles that graduate from America's law schools every year have to have something to do. While you're up could you Xerox this for me?xerox.gif

Why get upset over a word when your logo is this ugly?
