So, living in Boise, Idaho, I get my internet service from Qwest/MSN the local telco, and I have to admit, overall it’s pretty damn good service. Particularly when you call for tech help. I have never had to wait more that ten or twelve seconds for someone to pick up the phone. Unlike when I had service direct from Microsoft. Then I had to listen to ten or twelve minutes of Kenny Gee before some guy in India picked up the phone. So, I’m happy with Qwest/MSN. Except for one thing… When you log on you get a personalized Web page with all the usual junk. Weather, national news, movie reviews, how many times Paris Hilton and Lindsey Lohan have been the subject of searches on MSN Find. You also get the local news. Problem is… They haven’t changed the local news for over a month. I’ve emailed three times to “Customer Service.” No response. It’s not a big deal compared to all the other things they do so well… But it’s starting to bug me… And that’s the worst thing a company can do to a happy customer. Ignore them… Don’t screw it up guys!![]()
Where is that wonderful Joe Naachio when you need him?

George you can do what this Quest costomer did, my home page is my web site. My blood pressure isn't quite as high now. As for the Quest service, I agree for the most part it is very good.
