Here are a few of the headlines… MPO President defends magazine shutdowns as ‘Productive’ and inevitable! Time’s CEO is ‘Bullish’ on publishing! Barnes & Noble CEO wants more magazines in stores! He also was ‘Bullish’ on the future of the magazine industry! And ROI ‘Expert’ Rex Briggs, had ‘Heartening’ news for the magazine industry when he announced Magazines are the ‘Safest Bet’ when it comes to advertising. Well, sounds like everything is peachy keen in the magazine business. And I thought politicians were the masters of spin.
