Advertising, ad campaigns, ad agencies, and the people that make it happen

OK. When it comes to new product launches, I really want to know how this one is going to go in the marketplace. Jimmy Dean, the sausage company has just created the ultimate in junk food. It certainly beats Beats out Twinkies and Pork Scratchin’s. Called “Pancakes & Sausage” it comes on a stick, just like a corn dog, but the pancake dough contains chocolate chips! I assume they’re frozen and you have to zap them in the microwave. It’s a well known fact that 80% of new product launches fail in the first six months. But, with America’s “Obesity Problem,” who knows, this could be a winner.
