Interesting piece in “Spiegel Online” about the upsurge of Coca products in Columbia. Seems like the Coca-Cola company is a bit upset about the use of the Coca bit of their name, even though the original formula included a liberal dose of cocaine! Apparently now you can purchase coca wine, coca tea and coca cookies in Columbia. Plus, Coka-Sek, a Coke like energy drink that is fast developing a world-wide reputation, much to the irritation of the Coca-Cola company, ‘cos, it actually does you some good, rather than the sugary, fizzy, rot-your-teeth-overnight crap that originates in Atlanta.
