Advertising, ad campaigns, ad agencies, and the people that make it happen

AdRants has a promo piece on there this week (Well someone has to pay the rent) for a company that makes flip-books… That’s right, flip-books. They’ve been around for years, and they still work. I’ve done a few myself in the past. One I remember was with a juggler keeping a few things in the air at the same time. It was for a software company, what the relevance of the juggler was, I have no idea. But I’m sure at the time it made perfect sense. Anyway, if you go to the sponsors web site “Flippies” (Hey Steve, shouldn’t I be getting commission on this?) you’ll see some excellent examples. Best of all is the one for Barry Manilow titled “Music and Passion!” Wow, that even makes me feel old!
