
I take my hat off to Butler Shine Stern & Partners for continuing to use William Shatner as Priceline’s spokesman in their new campaign. How often do you see new agencies throwing out the previous agencies work, for no other reason than it being the previous agencies work? The current kafuffle taking place at VW with them probably binging back the campaign theme “Drivers Wanted” that originated at previous agency

So they flew me here to shoot a commercial. But they only gave me a one-way ticket!







I'm not sure that BSS&P had much choice. I think Priceline had to give Shatner a bajillion shares in order to get him to agree to do the spots. The CEO would probably lose his job if he tried to fire Captain Kirk.
