Advertising, ad campaigns, ad agencies, and the people that make it happen

If you’ve been following all the kafuffle in Great Britain about the goings on with their most popular TV show… “Celebrity Big Brother.” Which is based on the premise that you lock a bunch of ex-celebrities up in a house for a month and video everything they do 24/7 during which time they get to vote each other out of the house… I don’t understand it… And to be honest, I don’t really want to. It’s like a non-stop Jerry Springer with faded has-beens! Anyway, some loser ex-beauty queen got thrown out for allegedly making racist remarks… But, here’s the best bit… The organization running the beauty pageant issued this statement… We at Miss Great Britain wish to disassociate ourselves from any apparent racist or bullying comments made by Danielle Lloyd during the course of Celebrity Big Brother 5. In fact with hindsight it would have been better not to have fired Danielle last November because we could have fired her today and if we could fire her twice we would!! However if we had not fired her in November she probably would not have been on Big Brother in the first place – Well, all I can say is… I couldn’t have put it any better myself… I think.
