I can guess that there will be a very strong focus on cost cutting. What Dell needs is product development/differentiation and better customer care, not more math-illiterate 6 sigma cost cutters

George have you ever tried to contact Dell Customer Cervice? Frist you have to call enough times to find any one english speaking. Then you have to figure out how to get past their customer cervice and to a secretary who will direct your call to some department that really has an answer. The computer I type this message on is a DELL, and it might be the last one.
