
The word is that “Redline” the movie is really, really bad. Which puts it in the same league as “Wild Hogs,” which got canned by the critics and then went on to be the number one box office draw for three weeks. Having watched the preview for Redline (it isn’t out ‘til April) I have to say it has every cliché known to the movie going public. Fast cars, hot chicks, bad dudes (all wearing three day chin stubble,) briefcases full of $100 bills, helicopters, burning cars, burning chicks, burning $100 bills, burning and exploding everything. As Yogi would say… “It’s deja vue all over again.” You can just see the Hollywood Reporter headlines in April… “Redline Boffo at BO!” But what I want to know is this… If that holy grail demographic “18 – 24 year old cretinous males” are spending all their time on the internet playing games or on YouTube watching their acne encrusted peers doing obscene things in the privacy of their scummy bedrooms, when do they find the time to go and see an actual movie?

They wrecked this brand new $450,000 Porsche Carrera GT making the movie… Ouch!
