Advertising, ad campaigns, ad agencies, and the people that make it happen

With all the fuss over Knut the baby polar bear, currently hanging out and being the star attraction at Berlin Zoo, I’m just waiting for Coca Cola to jump on the band-wagon and come out with some kind of TV campaign and promotion based, if not on Knut, then something remarkably similar. After all, they did have a lock on animated polar bears for a while a few years ago for most of their winter TV campaigns. The problem is, like all cuddly little animals, Knut is destined to eventually turn into a 1,000 pound monster. Still, with the wonders of Computer Generated Graphics, Knut could stay young forever. Mickey Mouse did.
