There's been a lot of discussion recently about the merits of Presidential "Wannabe's" having their own blogs and MySpace pages. I particulary liked this comment from a reader of InfoWorld... I don't know about MySpace, but it would be nice for all the candidates to have an Internet presence. To tell what they care about. To tell us why they are competent. To tell us what they think is important, and how they plan to make it happen. And it should probably be designed by someone involved in the campaign, with some input by the actual candidate. (Like maybe he or she should actually touch the keyboard.) It would also be nice if they could expand on the sound bites they never stop trotting out when asked a question. Oh, and a smattering of honesty might help!
