I'm still recovering from last night, when I got myself rather hammered with a bunch of attendees from the PSFK conference at which I was speaking yesterday. I am now just about able to post on Adhurl. I must say, every time I come over here I am pleasantly surprised at how vibrant the UK ad scene is. Not only are many agencies doing great work, there is also much greater emphisis on new media and non-traditional ways of communicating with the consumer. The conference was very well attended and dished up a lot of really interesting and thought provoking content. One thing that didn't surprise me was the fact that there was hardly anyone there from BDA's (Big Dumb Agencies) Further proof that inspite of paying lipservice to the fact that they need to make radical changes to their organizations... They still don't get it. I'll be posting more on this subject in the next few days. Right now, it's time for a beer, or two. Cheers/George

He looks like I feel!

George - Good to meet you yesterday at PSFK. We chatted at the pub afterwards, I was a Planner in the Planner/Creative panel. Have a safe trip back home!
