If you're thinking of getting yourself a brand new monitor or two, don't get swayed by the advertising for Samsung. It would seem that one of their LCD monitors advertised as having optional integrated speakers actually has no such capability. And what exactly can you do about that? Well, if you're a Samsung 225BW buyer, the answer, I'm afraid, is not much. Other than getting a whopping headache, perhaps. "It's quite frustrating when the manufacturer essentially tells you to take a hike without even changing its erroneous product description," Ed Foster reports in Samsung option is imaginary over on InfoWorld. The problem is that, even though there are clips on the monitor's back for them, those speakers just don't exist, as one reader learned. Samsung pointed to a retailer, but it didn't have them either. "It truly is inconsiderate to suggest what would be a waste of time on a wild goose chase," the reader explains. Now if anyone at Samsung had half a brain they would be all over this before it gets reported across the blogosphere, but in common with far too many companies that seem to regard "Customer Service" as a pain in the butt... I wouldn't bet money on it.

Take one of these, three times a day, and forget about everything!
