With the news that ticket scalpers are asking, and getting up to $1,000 a ticket for the Miley Cyrus "Hannah Montana" tour, I have to as ask why. I know, that just goes to rove how old and dumb I am. But my point isn't that 9 and 10 year old girls shouldn't go see Miley Cyrus, what amazes me is that their parents would even consider paying so much money just to keep their kid quiet. One newspaper report describes how one mother has tried to get tickets in five states and is prepared to go as high as $3,000 to get tickets for her three daughters. She explains that if she didn't, her daughters would never forgive her. All I can say is, I hope they forgive her in ten years or so when they have developed into self-centered, selfish and insufferable adults. Because she'll be to blame.

And I need three Hannah Montana outfits at $3,000 each for the concert!
