So, after "Black Friday" kicked off to the holiday shopping season we now have "Cyber Monday" to hopefully keep the momentum going. Although, from what I read, most of the momentum was caused by people getting crushed in mall doorways scrambling to get the low priced give-away's retailers were using to get idiots to stand around waiting all night. So, now it's all about virtual shopping deals: Walmart.com said it would offer more holiday deals online every day this week. The site will each day offer special prices on 150 items with featured items such as an Xbox 360 video game console bundled with games. They're even throwing in free shopping on many items. My take on it? With a month to go, I think the air is going to come out of this balloon pretty quickly. The economy is about to tank. Anyone with half a brain is not blowing their hard earned dollars on stuff they don't really need.
Keep your spirits up... We take credit cards.
