Without wishing to offend too many readers, particularly as I've made a very good living over the years peddling stuff to people who were not necessarily anxious to buy the stuff... I have to say I am appalled by the news that a scumbag school district in Seminole County, Florida is saving themselves a paltry $1,600 a year by having their report card holders plastered with ads for McDonalds junk food restaurants. If some kid does well in school (which is why they are there, right?) They can pop down to their local McDee's and get a free "Fat-Burger." Oh, and they have to show their grades to the server to qualify for the offer. Problem is, the server is likely to be one of the students who got bad grades, flunked out, and are now looking forward to flipping burgers for the rest of their life. Which means they probably can't read the bloody report cards anyway. So, it's all a bit of a waste of time really.
.
Is nothing sacred any more?

George, come to Omaha and I'll take you to a local high school where you can buy your favorite fast food fat kid burgers right in the hall between calsses.
