We're seeing GPS in a ton of cell phones lately, but Garmin thinks humans shouldn't be the only ones who get the benefits of these satellites. The company has released a GPS-enabled dog collar to ensure that you know the location of your pooch. Which when you consider the size of the dogs Ms. Hilton has, it's entirely conceivable she could lose one down the back of her sofa. If you look at the description and see the $199 price tag, you might think it was another overblown, unnecessary pet product, which you can put it in the same category as a dog tuxedo. But then again, if you're Paris Hilton, $199 is chump change, unless you get the diamond studded job!
